About the Roles:
Micro Bird USA LLC is seeking a Chassis Handler who is responsible responsible for the safe and efficient transportation, storage, and handling of vehicle chassis at offsite locations. This position plays a vital role in ensuring that chassis are delivered to the manufacturing facility in a timely and organized manner, supporting production schedules and minimizing delays. This role requires experience with material handling equipment, a strong focus on safety, and the ability to work independently.
What you will do regularly:

Transport chassis and their components from offsite locations to the manufacturing plant using company trucks, trailers, or other transportation methods. Ensure all chassis and parts are securely loaded to avoid damage during transit.

Manage the offsite storage of chassis, ensuring they are stored in an organized manner and are easily accessible for transport to the manufacturing facility when needed. Maintain accurate records of stored chassis, quantities, and delivery schedules.

Load and unload chassis at offsite locations, ensuring proper handling and safety protocols are followed. Operate forklifts, cranes, or other material handling equipment as necessary to ensure efficient loading and unloading processes.

Monitor and update inventory levels of chassis and their components at offsite locations. Maintain accurate records of all materials, including quantities, conditions, and locations. Report any discrepancies, damaged items, or shortages promptly.

Adhere to all safety regulations and guidelines while transporting and handling chassis.

Receive, inspect, and verify incoming shipments against purchase orders.

Maintain accurate records of inventory transactions using warehouse management systems (WMS)

Lifts heavy objects by hand, and maintains cleanliness of work area, machines, and equipment, using broom, rags, and cleaning compounds.

Minimum Requirements:
